【摘要】The corporate culture is to grow, a strong pillar of sustainable development and inexhaustible power. Good corporate culture is to promote enterprise scientific and harmonious development of invisible forces, to fully recognize the important role played by the corporate culture of their development. Therefore, strengthening the building of enterprise culture has become an important factor in the protection of enterprises for sustainable development. Propose effective measures to strengthen the enterprise culture construction.%企业文化是企业成长壮大、持续发展的强大支柱和不竭动力。良好的企业文化是推动企业科学、和谐发展的无形力量，要充分认识到企业文化对其发展所起到的重要作用。因此，加强企业文化建设已成为保障企业可持续发展的重要因素。提出了加强企业文化建设的有效措施。
