骨科Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物使用调查研究

【摘要】目的：了解医院骨科Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用现状，为抗菌药物合理性应用管理提供客观依据。方法调查2014年1～12月出院的922份手术病例，对Ⅰ类切口预防性应用抗菌药物情况进行回顾性调查及统计分析。结果围手术期预防用药率为78.7%。预防性应用抗菌药物以单一药物为主，其中孢呋辛应用频数最高。术前2h用药占75.8%，56.3%Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药时间＞2d。结论医院抗菌药物预防性使用越趋规范，但仍存在不合理问题，需进一步加大管理力度，提高抗菌药物的合理应用。%Objective To explore the prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period for typeⅠincise orthopedics,so as to provide basis for the rational usei of antibiotics.Methods The medical records of 922 patients who discharged in 2014 were selected,the status of the prophylactic use of antibiotics in typeⅠincise orthopedics during perioperative period was investigated retrospectively and analyzed statistically.Results The prophylactic use rate of antibiotics during perioperative period was 78.7%.The single drug medication was the majority during perioperative period.The highest frequency application of drug was cefuroxime.The patients who used antibiotics less than 2h before surgery accounted for75.8%.There were56.3% of typeⅠincision whose medication course
