【摘要】objective to investigate the fiber pile prosthesis and the traditional cast metal prosthesis application value in large tooth defect repair .M ethod selection in February 2010 to February 2012 large tooth defect repair in patients of our hospital 135 cases ,among them 68 ca-ses were treated by fiber pile repair treatment ,as observation group ,the remaining 67 patients using traditional cast metal post -and-core prosthesis treatment ,as control group ,respectively with two groups of patients with post nuclear break ,fall off ,the folding and gingival in-flammation ,secondary root ,gum edge color as indicators of clinical observation ,and use of statistical software for statistical analysis .Re-sults observation group of patients with post -and-core become loose ,fall off ,gum inflammation and gum edge color patients were signifi-cantly superior to control group ,P<0 .01 ;Two groups of patients in the aspect of pile nuclear broken ,bad secondary root ,there were no significant difference (P > 0 .05) .Conclusion fiber pile repair technique can effectively reduce the pile nuclear become loose ,fall off and gum inflammation and gingival discoloration ,for large tooth defect
