5.1 一般规定

5.1.1 本章适用于预制成品管开槽施工的给排水管道工程。管渠施工应按现行国家标准《给水排水构筑物工程施工及验收规范》GB 50141的相关规定执行。

5.1.2 管道各部位结构和构造形式、所用管节、管件及主要工程材料等应符合设计要求。

5.1.3 管节和管件装卸时应轻装轻放，运输时应垫稳、绑牢，不得相互撞击，接口及钢管的内外防腐层应采取保护措施。

金属管、化学建材管及管件吊装时，应采用柔韧的绳索、兜身吊带或专用工具；采用钢丝绳或铁链时不得直接接触管节。

5.1.4 管节堆放宜选用平整、坚实的场地；堆放时必须垫稳，防止滚动，堆放层高可按照产品技术标准或生产厂家的要求；如无其他规定时应符合表5.1.4的规定，使用管节时必须自上而下依次搬运。

— 7层 5层 4层 — 3层 2层 1层 5.1.5 化学建材管节、管件贮存、运输过程中应采取防止变形措施，并符合下列规定： 1 长途运输时，可采用套装方式装运，套装的管节间应设有衬垫材料，并应相对固定，严禁在运输过程中发生管与管之间、管与其他物体之间的碰撞；

2 管节、管件运输时，全部直管宜设有支架，散装件运输应采用带挡板的平台和车辆均匀堆放，承插口管节及管件应分插口、承口两端交替堆放整齐，两侧加支垫，保持平稳；

3 管节、管件搬运时，应小心轻放，不得抛、摔、拖管以及受剧烈撞击和被锐物划伤；

4 管节、管件应堆放在温度一般不超过40℃，并远离热源及带有腐蚀性试剂或溶剂的地方；室外堆放不应长期露天曝晒。堆放高度不应超过2.0m，堆放附近应有消防设施(备)。

5.1.6 橡胶圈贮存、运输应符合下列规定：

1 贮存的温度宜为-5～30℃，存放位置不宜长期受紫外线光源照射，离热源距离应不小于1m；

2 不得将橡胶圈与溶剂、易挥发物、油脂或对橡胶产生不良影响的物品放在一起； 3 在贮存、运输中不得长期受挤压。

5.1.7 管道安装前，宜将管节、管件按施工方案的要求摆放，摆放的位置应便于起吊及运送。

5.1.8 起重机下管时，起重机架设的位置不得影响沟槽边坡的稳定；起重机在架空高压输电线路附近作业时，与线路间的安全距离应符合电业管理部门的规定。

5.1.9 管道应在沟槽地基、管基质量检验合格后安装；安装时宜自下游开始，承口应朝向施工前进的方向。

5.1.10 接口工作坑应配合管道铺设及时开挖，开挖尺寸应符合施工方案的要求，并满足下列规定：

1 对于预应力、自应力混凝土管以及滑入式柔性接口球墨铸铁管，应符合表5.1.10的规定；

5.1.11 管节下入沟槽时，不得与槽壁支撑及槽下的管道相互碰撞；沟内运管不得扰动原状地基。

5.1.12 合槽施工时，应先安装埋设较深的管道，当回填土高程与邻近管道基础高程相同时，再安装相邻的管道。

5.1.13 管道安装时，应将管节的中心及高程逐节调整正确，安装后的管节应进行复测，合格后方可进行下一工序的施工。

5.1.14 管道安装时，应随时清除管道内的杂物，暂时停止安装时，两端应临时封堵。
