2.0.5 刚性接口 rigid joint of pipelines

不能承受一定量的轴向线变位和相对角变位的管道接口，如用水泥类材料密封或用法兰连接的管道接口。

2.0.6 柔性接口 flexible joint of pipelines

2.0.7 化学建材管 chemical material pipelines

借助于顶推装置，将预制管节顶入土中的地下管道不开槽施工方法。 2.0.13 盾构法 shield method

采用盾构机在地层中掘进的同时，拼装预制管片或现浇混凝土构筑地下管道的不开槽施工方法。

2.0.14 浅埋暗挖法 shallow undercutting method

利用土层在开挖过程中短时间的自稳能力，采取适当的支护措施，使围岩或土层表面形成密贴型薄壁支护结构的不开槽施工方法。 2.0.15 定向钻法 directional drilling method

利用水平钻孔机钻进小口径的导向孔，然后用回扩钻头扩大钻孔，同时将管道拉入孔内的不开槽施工方法。

2.0.16 夯管法 pipe ramming method

利用夯管锤(气动夯锤)将管节夯入地层中的地下管道不开槽施工方法。 2.0.17 沉管法 sunken pipeline method；immersed pipeline method

将组装成一定长度的管段或钢筋混凝土密封管段沉入水底或水底开挖的沟槽内的水底管道铺设方法，又称沉埋法或预制管段沉埋法。

3.1.1 从事给排水管道工程的施工单位应具备相应的施工资质，施工人员应具备相应的资格。给排水管道工程施工和质量管理应具有相应的施工技术标准。

3.1.2 施工单位应建立、健全施工技术、质量、安全生产等管理体系，制订各项施工管理规定，并贯彻执行。

3.1.3 施工单位应按照合同文件、设计文件和有关规范、标准要求，根据建设单位提

3.1.4 施工单位应熟悉和审查施工图纸，掌握设计意图与要求实行自审、会审(交底)和签证制度；发现施工图有疑问、差错时，应及时提出意见和建议；如需变更设计，应按照相应程序报审，经相关单位签证认定后实施。

3.1.7 施工测量应实行施工单位复核制、监理单位复测制，填写相关记录，并符合下列规定：

1 施工前，建设单位应组织有关单位进行现场交桩，施工单位对所交桩进行复核测量；原测桩有遗失或变位时，应及时补钉桩校正，并应经相应的技术质量管理部门和人员认定；

2 临时水准点和管道轴线控制桩的设置应便于观测、不易被扰动且必须牢固，并应采取保护措施；开槽铺设管道的沿线临时水准点，每200m不宜少于1个； 3 临时水准点、管道轴线控制桩、高程桩，必须经过复核方可使用，并应经常校核；

4 不开槽施工管道，沉管、桥管等工程的临时水准点、管道轴线控制桩，应根据施工方案进行设置，并及时校核；

5 对既有管道、构(建)筑物与拟建工程衔接的平面位置和高程，开工前必须校测。
