健康成人胼胝体面积随年龄变化磁共振定量研究

【摘要】Objective To explore the regularity of the variation of the area of the corpus callosum ( CC ) with aging in healthy adults, so that to provide reference data for CC related diseases. Methods 600 healthy adults, who were all right-handed underwent brain MR imaging. All cases were divided into five groups;18 - 30 years group, 31 - 40 years group, 41 - 50 years group, 51 - 60 years group and over 61 years group. The areas of corpus callosum at the mid-sagittal plane on T| WI-3D-MP RAGE sequence were measured,the supratentorial cerebral areas were also measured simultaneously,and the data were dealed with standardization. Results Total area of corpus callosum in 600 healthy adults was (666. 04 + 86. 38) mm2. The areas of CC were (661. 62 + 84. 86) mm2 , (675. 18 + 80. 27) mm2 , (674. 67+92. 56) mm2 , (664. 52 + 84. 16) mm2 , (654. 19 + 89. 11) mm2 in 18 - 30 age group,31 - 40 years group , 41 - 50 years group , 51 - 60 years group and over 61 years group , respectively , the regression equation was : CC area = 676. 611 - 0. 236Xage. The rate of CC and brain (CCR) in 600 healthy adults was 0. 063 3+0. 008 , and CCR were 0. 063 0 + 0. 008,0. 064 5 + 0. 007,0. 065 6 + 0. 008,0. 062 5 + 0. 007 and 0. 060 9 + 0. 007 in 18 - 30 years
