【摘要】objective To understand the distribution of dif erent age healthy 25- hydroxy vitamin Dlevels in pregnant women. Method Choose 12 weeks gestation and 28 weeks of healthy pregnant women, Divided into 4 groups according to age, Are <25 years old group, The age group of 25. 1-30, The age group of 30. 1-35,and The age group of>35. 1. The detection of the specimens from fasting venous blood,detection of 25 hydroxy vitamin D were performed using electrochemical immunoassay, And the results were statistical y analyzed. Result The average level of 4321 cases of healthy pregnant women for 25 hydroxy vitamin D is 16. 21 ng/mL, In al ages 25OHD level are 25OHD deficiency State,the >35. 1 age group especial y, the <25 age group 25OHD content percentage of maximum maximum relative abundance ,the proportion accounted for within group 49. 1%,The >35. 1 age group 25 OHD content seriously lack of the percentage of maximum,is 58. 9%. The number of 25OHD content respectively 4 groups enough, insuf icient, lack,lack of comparison,χ2 test using multiple groups of rank data, results there were signifi-cant dif erences(P <0. 05).
