【摘要】With the rapid development of higher education and university enrollment expansion, \problem has became a problem to each college must face. This article analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the employment of college students, summarized the importance of career guidance to promote college students' employment, and discussed the importance of the career guidance in the university students' employment from the student correct self-awareness, social consciousness training, career planning and so on.%随着高等教育的快速发展和高校扩招，“就业难”问题是每所高校必须面对的问题。本文通过分析当前大学生的就业形势及存在的问题，总结了职业指导对促进大学生就业工作的重要性，并从学生正确自我认识、社会意识培养、职业生涯规划等方面探讨了职业指导在大学生就业中发挥的具体作用。 【总页数】2页(237-237,256) 【关键词】职业指导;大学生;就业工作 【作者】李俊杰
