参松养心胶囊与美托洛尔缓释片联合方案治疗冠心病心律

【摘要】目的：研究参松养心胶囊与美托洛尔缓释片联合方案治疗冠心病心律失常的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年3月～2014年3月于本院进行治疗的92例冠心病心律失常患者，分为对照组46例和观察组46例，对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予美托洛尔进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予参松养心胶囊进行治疗，对比观察2组患者的临床疗效。结果：对照组46例患者的总有效率为73．91％，观察组46例患者的总有效率为91．30％，观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，P＜0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：参松养心胶囊与美托洛尔缓释片联合方案治疗冠心病心律失常的临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Shensongyangxin capsule and sustained release tablets of metoprolol com-bined regimen in the treatment of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia.Methods:From 2011 March to 2014 March,92 cases of arrhyth-mia in coronary heart disease patients treated in our hospital , were divided into the control group 46cases and observation group 46 cases, control group given metoprolol for treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment , observation group based on the control group given Shensongyangxin capsule for treatment,observed the clinical
