一、工程量情况 Description
该层楼面为1520㎡,砼用量约650m3,层高为8.7m,梁最大跨度14m,梁高1400㎜等,楼板厚度为200㎜。
The floor is 1520㎡, about 650m3 concrete will be poured, the floor is 8.7m in height, max. span of the beam is 14m with a height of 1400㎜ and the thickness of the floor is 200㎜. 二、施工准备 Preparation
1. 根据施工方案对技术、质量、工长、以及相关人员进行技术、安全交底。 Technical and HSE presentation and clarification shall be made to persons involving technique, quality and foremen according to the method statement.
2. 对砼供应商提出技术相关要求，保证砼的供应量和所供应的砼的质量，提前
对施工中用到的设备进行检查，维修。
Require the concrete supplier to ensure the quantity and quality supplied and to carry out necessary check and maintenance of the equipment to be used.
3. 砼水平运输采用12辆砼搅拌车（外加4辆备用）；垂直运输采用泵车，37m
和47m长臂杆的泵车各1台。（另落实1台砼泵车在场外候命）
12 concrete mixers for horizontal transportation (with 4 standby); pump for vertical transportation. Two pump with an arm of 37m and 47m respectively shall be used. (another pump outside the jobsite standby). 4. 插式振动器8台,其中备用2台,平板振动器4台,其中备用1台。

5. 人员组织安排 Personnel Arrangement

In order to ensure the concrete quality, a person shall be specially assigned to supervise in the batch plant and coordinate the coordinator on site for controlling the starting time of the delivery, reporting the mixers available and checking the slump value of concrete from each mixer. 2) 现场设2名熟练的检测人员，监测砼的温度，塌落度。每车砼必须经检验
合格后方可用于浇注。
Two special-assigned experienced inspectors supervise the temperature and slump value of the concrete on site. The slump value from each mixer shall be checked acceptable prior to pouring.

4) 现场专设1名车辆调度人员，指挥车辆运输运行路线。 One yardman is assigned to control the vehicle and route.
5) 安排两班人员轮流上岗，保证在中午和夜间吃饭间隔时间砼能连续浇注。 Two shifts of workers are assigned to ensure constant pouring even during the lunch and supper.

源。
Keep enough lighting for concrete pouring at night, and put one generator for emergent power supply.
7. 注意气象预报,调整砼的浇注时间。并应做好防雨措施，当有降雨时应在刚浇
完的砼面上覆盖塑料薄膜。
Keep close eyes on weather broadcast for arrangement of the pouring in time. Take necessary measures for waterproof by putting plastic membrane on the concrete surface just finished pouring.
8. 在挤压厂房的东西两边设停车场，并保证沿挤压厂房周边形成环形的运输路
线。浇注砼前应对该区域进行清障和场地平整。
Arrange parking lots at east and west sides of the extrusion, to ensure the annular transportation around the extrusion. Clean and level up the yard of the area before pouring. 三、砼的施工方法 Construction Method 1. 砼搅拌 Mixing Concrete
砼搅拌车到施工现场准备浇筑前为确保砼搅拌的均匀,应先搅拌120S后再出料。
Mix the concrete well in the vehicle for 120S before pouring. 砼的运输 Transportation of the Concrete
1) 根据以往的施工经验，砼的发车间隔时间控制在30min;由驻守在搅拌站
的调度人员根据现场的反馈信息进行发车时间的调整。
Control the delivery interval to 30min according to the experience before; the yardman kept in the batch plant shall properly control the delivery time according to the information reflected.
2) 从搅拌站应同时发出两辆运输搅拌车，同时满足两台泵车的砼供应。

3) 砼开始浇注的时间控制在10:00am of 18th ,May,搅拌站应提前对砼进行
搅拌，现场的相关技术人员和作业工人都应提前到达现场，在浇注时间之前做好各项准备。
As the pouring time was planed at 10:00am of 18th ,May, the concrete mixture and relevant technicians and workers should be ready on the jobsite in advance, and every preparation should be gotten ready. 4) 根据该厂房结构钢筋较密，同时所选用的矿渣水泥塌落度损失较大，塌
落度要求控制在100mm~160mm。
The slump of the concrete is required to control between 100mm~160mm, for serried rebar of the workshop structure and large slump slag cement applied. 2. 砼的浇筑 Pouring Concrete
1) 挤压造粒长42 m,宽37m, 在施工楼面砼时，采用臂杆伸展最大距离为
37m的泵车两台平行停放在挤压造粒东向及西向的空地上，这样一来可满足每个浇筑点的需要，两台泵车同时先从北向平行地往南向浇筑（见附图）。
As the extrusion is 42m in length and 37m in width, put the two pumps, parallel to each other, with the arm of Max. stretched length as 37m, at the east and west sides of the extrusion when pouring, in order to satisfy each pouring point. The two pumps pour from the north to the south, on parallel, at one time.
2) 由于主梁有1.4米深,为防止模板及支撑脚手架不均衡受力,局部荷载过急
地向下受压,先把主梁砼浇筑到板底高度,并处于梁1／3跨度位置，再返回浇注次梁和板的砼,板和梁的砼应在主梁的砼初凝前完成。并派人随时监控砼的凝固情况。

The pouring to the plate and beam should be finished before the setting time of main beam. Specially-assigned person will control the process. 3) 浇筑前在楼面的四周弹出板厚水平线,并钉上标记；板砼的厚度通过特制
的探尺控制；板砼采用平板震动器捣实,随打随抹平,当砼面收水后再进行二次抹平,以减少砼的沉降产生的裂缝。达到强度及时进行养护工作。 Mark horizontal line of plate thickness around the building before pouring; choose special ruler for thickness of the plate concrete; apply plate vibrator to vibrating of plate concrete as pouring; mop up the concrete surface the second time after shrinking, to reduce the crack caused by sedimentation.
3. 砼的振捣 Vibrating Concrete
1) 为保证砼的密实,梁浇筑采用插入式振动棒,移动间距应控制在500㎜左
右,插入时间控制在10s,以表面不再有气泡冒出，表面泛出灰浆为宜。 Choose inserted vibrating bar for pouring beam to ensure the concrete density. The moving space shall be controlled as about 500㎜, and inserting time as 10s. No air bubble from the surface with mortar appearing on the surface should be better.
2) 在浇筑过程中随时检查模板、钢筋、预留洞、预埋件情况，发现有变形、
位移时要及时采取措施处理。混凝土浇筑完后，应立即再进行复核校正予埋地脚螺栓的轴线和标高。
Check the formworks, rebar, holes and embedded pieces randomly during pouring, and take necessary measures to distortion and shift in time. Re-check the axes and elevation of anchor bolts at the time immediately after pouring.
