核素心肌灌注显像和双源CT在诊断冠心病中的临床价值

【摘要】Objective To evaluate the clinical value of MPI and dual-source CT coronary angiography (DSCTCA) in clinical management of coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods A total of 124 patients (75 males,49 females,average age 62.8 years) from June 2012 to June 2014 were included in this retrospective study.CAG results were considered as the gold standard.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MPI and DSCTCA were calculated separately,and compared byx2 test.The plaques were classified into calcified plaque group and non-calcified plaque group according to the DSCTCA results.Taking both MPI and DSCTCA having positive results as the positive standard,the diagnostic efficiency of
MPI
combined
with
DSCTCA
was
evaluated.Results
The
sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of DSCTCA for the diagnosis of diseased vessels were 74.9％(137/183),82.0％(155/189) and 78.5％(292/372) and those of MPI were 68.3％(125/183),85.2％(161/189),76.9％(286/372) for respectively (x2=0.54,P＞0.05).The diagnostic efficiency of the combined examination in calcified plaque group and non-calcified plaque group was significantly different (x2 =10.94,P＜0.05).Conclusion Combination of MPI and DSCTCA could be useful for the diagnosis of
