个体化护理对老年白血病化疗患者口腔感染的效果观察

【摘要】Objective To investigate the clinical nursing method and ef ect of leukemia in the elderly patients. Methods 80 cases of leukemia in the elderly patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, the observation group in leukemia patients received individual nursing, the control group of patients and their families received routine health education and nursing instruction. Results Patients with oral infection rate was lower than the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing in leukemia patients, can reduce the incidence of patients with oral infection, promote the health of patients.%目的探讨老年白血病患者的临床护理方法及效果。方法将80例老年白血病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，观察组针对白血病患者给予个体化护理，对照组患者及家属给予常规健康教育和护理指导。结果观察组患者口腔感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在白血病患者中给予个体化护理，可以降低患者口腔感染的发生率，促进患者健康。
