绿茶中茶多酚的提取及分析检测

【摘要】[Objective]The study aimed to study the optimum technical condition of extracting the polyphenol in green tea and the analysis detec ting of the extracts. [ Method ] With the green tea as the raw material and the water as the dipping solvent, the extracting rate of polyphenol was increased and the technical condition was optimized though changing the parameters of 4 factors including solvent dosage, dipping temperature, dipping time and the ethyl acetate dosage in the single factor tests. The sodium molybdate spectrophotometry was used to detect the purity of the tea polyphenol, the infrared spectrometry was used to make for the qualitative analysis on the product. [ Result ] The optimized technical condi tions of extracting the tea polyphenol screened through the single factor test were as follows: the solvent dosage of 1:20, dipping temperature of 85 t, dipping time of 40 min, ethyl acetate dosage of 85 ml. Under the optimized extracting technique the extracting rate of tea polyphenol was 15%. The analysis and detecting showed that the purity of the obtained product was better. The qualitative analysis by infrared spectrometry con firmed that the obtained product was tea polyphenol. [Conclusion]The study

provided the reference basis for the development and application of tea polyphenols in biology and medicine and other areas.%[目的]研究绿茶中茶多酚的最佳提取工艺条件及提取物的分析检测.[方法]以绿茶为原料,水作为浸提溶剂,采用单因素试验,通过改变溶剂用量、浸提温度、浸提时间、乙酸乙酯用量4个因素以提高茶多酚的提取率,优化茶多酚的提取工艺条件,并采用钼酸钠分光光度法测定茶多酚的纯度,用红外光谱法对产品进行定性分析.[结果]由单因素试验筛选出提取茶多酚的最佳工艺条件为:溶剂用量(固液比)1∶20,浸提温度85℃,浸提时间40 min,乙酸乙酯用量85ml.在优化的提取工艺条件下,提取物得率为15%.分析检测表明,所得产品纯度较好.由红外光谱的定性分析可确定,所得产品为茶多酚.[结论]为茶多酚在生物医学等领域的开发应用提供参考依据. 【总页数】2页(16429-16430) 【关键词】茶多酚;分析检测;工艺条件 【作者】罗亚楠;于丽颖;刘立群
