高血压性脑出血患者并发上消化道出血的危险因素研究

【摘要】Objective To investigate the risk factor and related prevention measures for hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods The clinical data of the clinical data of 160 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients in Jinxiang hospital affiliated to Jining medical university were retrospectively analyzed.On basis of whether during treatment with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,160 patients were divided into observation group and control group according to whether they had upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and analyze the risk factors.Results Two groups of patients in the differences of cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral hemorrhage and the comparison of basic diseases constitute factors between the two groups were significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Early monitoring in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and symptomatic treatment can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and the prognosis of patients.%目的 探讨研究高血压性脑出血患者并发上消化道出血的危险因素和相关防治措施.方法 回顾性分析济宁医学院附属金乡医院院收治的160例高血压性脑出血患者的临床资料,依据治疗期间是否伴有上消化道出血将其分为观察组和对照组,分析上消化道出血的危险因素.结果 两组患者

的基础临床资料、脑出血部位、脑出血量及基础疾病构成等因素比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 积极对高血压性脑出血患者进行早期监控及对症治疗可有效改善患者的治疗效果及预后情况. 【总页数】3页(52-54)
