超声内镜在消化系统疾病中的应用

【摘要】 随着科技不断进步，医疗技术不断发展，超声内镜技术也越来越普及，已经成为内镜影像学诊断的常用手段。目前，在超声内镜基础上延伸的超声内镜对比增强技术及超声内镜弹性成像技术等检查方式对疾病的检查精准性上，效果更为显著，是临床中应用前景较为广阔的检查方式。为探讨超声内镜技术在消化系统疾病临床中的最新研究进展，为临床提供参考，本文现做如下综述。

[Abstract] With the continuous progress of science and technology， the continuous
development of medical technology， endoscopic ultrasound technology is more and more popular， has become a common means of endoscopic imaging diagnosis. At present， endoscopic ultrasound contrast enhancement technique and endoscopic elastography technique， which are extended on the basis of endoscopic ultrasound， have more significant effects on the accuracy of disease
examination， and are the examination methods with broad application prospects in clinical practice. In order to discuss the latest research progress of endoscopic ultrasonography in the clinical practice of digestive system diseases and provide references for the clinical practice， this paper is made as follows.

20世紀80年代，国外学者首次将超声内镜技术应用到消化道疾病的诊断治疗中，随着时间的推移，科技不断进步，该技术的种类和临床疗效得到极大的改善[1]。已经从常见的纤维超声内镜更新成为电子超声内镜，能够成功显示出画中画影像。并且超声十二指肠镜、超声结肠镜下穿刺和超声细径控头技术已经被相继研发并应用到临床中[2]。目前，该技术不仅应用到消化道疾病中，还广泛应用到胰腺、胆管和结肠等疾病的诊断与治疗中，效果均较为显著。
