从心脑血管疾病防治谈中医“治未病”思想

【摘要】The incidence, mortality and disability of the cardiocerebral vascular disease increase year by year and become a serious threat to the public health in our country,so the early and comprehensive prevention and treatment are critical for the problem. The TCM theory of preventive treatment of disease exactly is coincided with the development of the medical model of the times. Active treatment of cardiocerebral vascular disease which following the TCM theory of preventive treatment of disease can enhance people's physical fitness,reduce the mortality and disability, and improve patients'quality of life, achieve the clinical value of the TCM theory of preventive treatment of disease.%心脑血管疾病在我国无论是发病率，还是病死率、致残率都逐年增高，严重威胁国民健康，早期、综合防治已成为关键，中医“治未病”理论作为中医治疗学的重要战略思想，恰好契合了“预防为主、防治结合”这一顺应时代发展的医学模式。遵循“治未病”理论，并按照“治未病”所赋予的思想内容，对心脑血管疾病进行积极的治疗和干预，可以减少其病死率和病残率，增强机体体质，达到防治疾病、保健延年的目的，充分发挥“治未病”思想在临床上的实用价值。 【总页数】2页(166-167)
