企业财务报表分析

摘 要

传统的财务报表分析方法已经明显滞后于我国的经济发展速度,很难满足企业管理者及其他报表使用人对企业信息的需求。本文从我国的财务报表分析原理入手，揭示了现阶段我国企业财务报表分析的现状,指出了我国企业财务报表分析的缺陷与不足, 从社会层面,经济层面以及企业自身找出了产生这种缺陷的原因,并从企业和国家两个方面提出了相应的解决措施来弥补和消除其局限性,只有不断完善我国的法律体系，才能为企业创造一个良好的社会环境；只有不断健全我国的财务核算体制，提高财务人员自身素质，才能不断提高企业自身的水平,从而保证我国企业财务报表分析的规范性，合法性和合理性,促进企业的健康发展。

Exploration of Enterprise Financial Statement Analysis

ABSTRACT

The traditional analysis of financial statements has significantly lagged behind the pace of development of economic in China, and it is difficult to meet the need of other managers who use the report. In this paper, we analyze the financial statements of principle, and reveal the present status of financial reports. Moreover, from a social level, we describe the defects and shortcomings of financial statements. Only constantly improving our legal system, can we create a favorable social environment for our enterprises and improve their own quality of financial personnel in order to constantly enhance their own level, to ensure Chinese enterprises to supply with regulatory analysis of financial statements, and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
