摘 要

随着工农业的发展,重金属污染物被不断地排入海洋,重金属对底栖滤食性双壳贝类的污染受到越来越多的关注。本文运用双箱动力学模型研究泥蚶对单一Cd2+和Cu2++Cd2+、Pb2++Cd2+联合重金属的富集动力学。通过对富集与排出过程中泥蚶体内重金属污染物的动态监测和对富集与排出过程监测结果的非线性拟合,得到了泥蚶富集重金属的吸收速率常数k1、排出速率常数k2、生物富集因子BCF、CAmax、生物学半衰期B1/2等动力学参数,为滩涂贝类的健康养殖与水质标准的制定提供科学依据。结果显示:泥蚶在富集Cd2+的过程中,单一Cd2+胁迫条件下的BCF值、CAmax和半衰期B1/2都比联合胁迫条件下更高和更长。通过将研究得出的泥蚶养殖水体中Cd2+的安全限量值与现行水质标准进行比较,得出现行的水质标准大多数还是较为合理的,具体水质标准的制定与修改,需要开展更多的研究进行分析和验证,才有利于标准的合理性和科学性。

ABSTRACT

Heavy metal pollution in benthic filter-feeding bivalves has received more and more attention. With regard to the studies in this field, the two-compartment kinetic model is a new developed mathematic mode1. In the present study, accumulation and elimination of one or two heavy metal (Cd2+, Cu2++Cd2+, Pb2++Cd2+) in Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus were investigated in a semi-static system. Kinetic parameters of bioconcentration were obtained from the two-compartment model by. nonlinear curve fitting, including uptake rate constant(k1), elimination rate constant(k2), biological half-life(B1/2), and bioconcentration factor(BCF). The results showed that: In the process of enrichment of Cd2+, The BCF and CAmax of single solution are higher than the mixed solution, the biological half-life (B1/2) of single solution longer than the mixed solution too. Compare the safety limit of Cd2+ from the Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus aquaculture water and the current water quality standards, We know that the current water quality is quite reasonable. Developments and modifications of the specific water quality standards, are need for more research to analyze and verify.
