主动脉夹层的识别与救治体会

【摘要】目的：对主动脉夹层的识别及救治进行分析探讨。方法选择2013年3月~2014年3月,20例确诊为主动脉夹层的患者为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果20例主动脉夹层患者中痊愈12例,好转7例,死亡1例,死亡率5.00%。结论主动脉夹层的诊断可根据临床症状结合CT血管造影、核磁共振等辅助检查作为确诊标准,及时的诊断和有效的治疗是改善主动脉夹层患者预后,治疗成功的保证。%Objective To analyze the recognition and treatment of dissection of aorta. Methods From March, 2013 to March, 2014, 20 cases patients that diagnosed primarily artery dissection were selected as the research object, these clinical datas were retrospectively analyzed. Results 20 patients with aortic dissection, 12 cases were cured, 7 cases take a turn for the bet er, 1 case death, mortality is 5.00%. Conclusion The diagnosis of aortic dissection can be based on clinical symptoms combined with CT angiography, magnetic resonance imaging (mri) and other auxiliary examination as the diagnosis standard, timely diagnosis and ef ective treatment are to improve the prognosis of patients with aortic dissection, treatment of the guarantee of success. 【总页数】1页(209-209) 【关键词】主动脉夹层;识别;救治
