一、前言

为了保证二灰土的施工质量,根据施工作业指导意见,在二灰土配合比得到审批后,经总监办及驻地监理同意,我项目部于2015年7月11日精心组织了二灰土试验段施工,通过对二灰土试验段施工获得的各项技术参数,进行了综合分析和评价,有效指导规模化施工,及时预防和纠正大规模施工可能产生的质量问题。现将试验段的施工方法、质量控制要点及获得的各项技术参数总结如下:

一、试验段概况

1、试铺路段:K6+000~K6+500 ,全长500m。 2、结构类型:20cm厚二灰土,宽度26m。

3、施工日期:2015年7月11日-2015年7月13日。 4、施工单位:陕西元浩建设工程有限公司。 5、监理单位:陕西海嵘工程项目管理有限公司。

6、施工时天气情况:晴,气温20-34℃,湿度72%,风力2-3级。 二、人员、机械配置情况 1、人员安排

2)、拌和场(后场):设站长1人,操作人员2人,巡检人员1人,辅助工人3人。

3)、二灰土试验段作业队(前场):设队长1人,技术管理人员2人,辅助工人5人,机驾人员6人。

4)、试验检测人员:均持证上岗。其中1名试验人员在后场进行灰剂量和含水量测试,1名试验人员在前场进行压实度检测。

5)、测量放样:测量放样人员8人在前场进行中桩、边线放样和松铺系数测定;碾压后精平放样。

6)、运输卸料:专职2名管理人员,分别负责前、后场的装料和卸料。驾驶人员8名。 三、施工准备情况 1、下承层的准备

施工前对已交验的下承层进行检查,检查内容包括中线偏位、标高、路基宽度、平整度、横坡等,确保下承层各项技术指标符合设计及规范要求。

2、施工原材料准备 (1)、土

土为K7+200 左侧何仙村取土坑,最大干密度1.94g/cm3,最佳含水量11.8%,现场土样实际含水量为16%,液限为32.9%,塑限为20.0%,塑性指数为12.9。

(2)、石灰

采用富平本地提供的石灰,石灰采用集中消解。

(3)粉煤灰:经检验部门测得烧失量为3.86%≤20%,该指标符合标准要求。
