康复临床路径在老年脑卒中患者健康教育中的应用及效果评价

摘 要 目的：探討康复临床路径在老年脑卒中患者健康教育中的应用及效果。方法：选取2017年5月—2018年5月在复旦大学附属华山医院神经内科被诊断为脑卒中的老年患者123例，随机分为实验组60例和对照组63例。对实验组患者按老年脑卒中患者康复临床路径护理，对对照组患者按临床常规护理。观察康复临床路径在患者健康教育中的应用效果。结果：实验组患者在出院前1 d和出院1个月后的功能综合评定量表评分均高于对照组患者，疾病知识知晓率、住院满意度也均更高（P均 关键词 康复临床路径 脑卒中 健康教育

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the application and effect of rehabilitation clinical pathway in health education for elderly patients with stroke. Methods： One hundred and twenty-three elderly patients diagnosed as stroke in neurology department of our hospital from May， 2017 to May， 2018 were selected and divided into an experimental group with 60 cases and a control group with 63 cases based on random number method.
