摘 要
本文是通过人工智能和法律咨询结合进行论证，第一部分主要是介绍了我们当今人工智能大背景，发展趋势，国内国外的普及程度，对于人工智能的定义加以介绍，第二部分主要是介绍人工智能的优点，本文从法律咨询到诉讼服务，都应该融入人工智能，不管是对于我们的法律工作者的便捷我们的当事人也能够得到更多的利益，第三部分主要提了一些建议，虽然人工智能有很多的优点但是在我看来面对中国的现状，我们还面临一些不足，需要改进，文章第四部分分析了人工智能在我们律师和企业法务领域到底是怎样具体应用的，在我们的律师和企业法务领域应该如何去应用人工智能才能达到最好的效果，人们怎样运用人工智能系统，智能虽然能够代替我们的法律实务工作者工作，但是只是程序上的代替工作的前期后期我们的工作还是需要我们人工的进行传输，以更好的智能化办案是我们当代大势所趋，为了能够更好的让我们的法律实务工作者工作更加高效便利，

Abstract
This paper is through the combination of artificial intelligence and legal consulting for demonstration. The first part of the paper mainly introduces the general background of artificial intelligence at present, development tendency, and popularity at home and abroad. This part introduces the definition of artificial intelligence as well. The second part of this paper mainly introduces the advantages of artificial intelligence. This paper should integrate artificial intelligence from legal consulting to service of suit. Whether it is for the convenience of legal workers, our litigants can get more interests as well. The third part mainly puts forward some recommendations. Although artificial intelligence has many advantages, as far as I can see, yet we are still faced with some deficiencies and need to be improved when facing the present situation in China. The fourth part of the paper analyzes how artificial intelligence is specifically applied in the lawyers and corporate legal field.How to apply artificial intelligence in our
lawyers and corporate legal field to achieve the best results?How do people use the artificial intelligence system? Even though intelligence can take the place of the work of our legal practitioners, yet it is only a procedural replacement. In the earlier and later stages of our work, our work still requires our manual transmission. Taking charge of a case with better intelligence is our general trend at present to better make our legal practitioners work more efficiently and conveniently.

引 言
随着科技的发展，我们的生活水平也不断的提高，我们对于科技的要求也越来越多，人工智能，亦称智械、机器智能，指由人制造出来的机器所表现出来的智能。通常人工智能是指通过普通计算机程序来呈现人类智能的技术。在我们各个领域人工智能都已经融入进去，我们的法律也可以与我们的人工智能融入在一起，我们现在的法律也面临着很多的挑战，对于我们的法律系统不完善，法律法规不严谨，都是我们当今面对的问题，中国也是一个地广人稀的国家，发生的纠纷也就更多，这时候需要我们的法律系统更加高效的处理案件，更加准确地审理案件，以便我们更加高效处理案件，我们的律师和法务可以更加快速地帮助自己当事人规避风险，更加迅速的找到自己的姐姐方案，现如今政府已经提出了一些决定智能法律＋的提议也写在了我们的日程上，可见为我们对人工智能也越来越依赖，我们对于法律人工智能发展的越完善，发展快速，我们的缺点就会越来越多，我们就应该设置不同的补救措施，面对我们的人工智能我们还应该通过我们的大数据，来进行进一步的分析，面对繁杂的工作人工智能可以帮助我们整理，帮助我们梳理，把每一条脉络梳理得更加清晰，现在我们时代更加注重逻辑，逻辑在我们的生活当中也是也是越来越重要，人工智能也是通过我们的语句逻辑来进行分析，能够得到更加准确，更加理性的结果，我们的工作效率比也慢慢地提高了，这也是我们的智能化运用在我们的法律领域的原因，并成为当下热议的话题
