【摘要】<正>At the invitation of the CPAFFC, Ms. Elli Aaltonen, Director General of the Regional State Administrative Agency for Eastern Finland, led the Delegation of Local Authorities and Education on a goodwill visit to China from April 7 to 15. Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Abdul’ahat Abdulrixit met the delegation on April 13.
