煤岩样品TEM超薄切片制备方法研究

【摘要】Taking peat, brown coal, bituminous coal and anthracite as examples, this paper investigates the applicability of the preparation method of TEM ultrathin section to different rank coal samples. When embedding was used to prepare coal TEM ultrathin section, the symbiotic organic maceral and inorganic mineral in coal were segregated and removed by being macerated in HCl and HF firstly. Then the individual maceral blocks were picked out with an optical microscope ( reflection and transmission mode) and then were treated with infiltration and embedded polymerization with SPI812. The morphology of coal maceral was observed with a scanning electron microscope ( SEM) in low vacuum secondary electron image mode, and the mineral composition was analyzed with a surface distribution of energy disperse spectroscopy ( EDS ) . Transmission electron microscopy ( TEM ) was applied to inspect the effect of ultrathin sections. The results show that this preparation method for coal TEM ultrathin section is of high success rate and can realistically reproduce the microstructure of coal maceral.%本文作者以泥炭、褐煤、烟煤及无烟煤为例,探讨了超薄切片制备方法对不同煤阶样品的适用性。在采用包埋切片法制备煤岩样品TEM超
