摘 要

多轴器是广泛应用于机械行业多孔零件的钻孔以及攻丝加工的普通钻床的特殊附件。装配有多轴器的普通钻床可以对多孔零件进行一次性加工,大大提高了零件的加工效率。因其加工能力强、价格低廉,越来越受到企业的欢迎。同时客户对于多轴器的个性化需求也越来越高,能够快速设计出客户需要的多轴器成为企业在竞争激烈的市场中占有一席之地的重要砝码。一台普通的钻床可以安装不同的多轴器来满足不同的加工需要,装上多轴器后就能一次性把几个乃至十几、二十几个孔或螺纹一次性加工出来,这样就大大提高了零件的加工精度与效率,为企业带来了很大的经济效益。在这次设计中,查阅了关于多轴器的一些书刊资料,对多轴器有了基本的认识。在这种情况下,结合所查阅到的资料,设计出了三种方案,并对这三种方案进行了相互比较,最后选定了第三种方案。方案选定后,随之对多轴器的传动系统做了设计和计算。齿轮传动机构布局无干涉计算算法解决了设计人员在平面内齿轮系快速挂接问题,从而可以使在齿轮传动机构重新设计的速度大幅度提高,同时为今后空间齿轮机构布局问题的研究奠定了理论基础。并且用强大的三维软件SOLIDWORK对改进的万向式多轴器进行三建模。为实现有限元分析,本文对多轴器的动力座通过ABAQUS进行了有限元静力分析,使三维设计软件SOLIDWORK和有限元分析ABAQUS软件无缝连接环境下进行导入计算分析受力分析,并得出应力分布云图等。通过结果云图对其动力座进行改进分析,最后通过加大加强筋的厚度使其强度得到提高。在文章的最后简明的介绍了做本次毕业设计的一些心得体会。

ABSTRACT

The multiaxial regulator is widely used in mechanical industry porous parts drilling and tapping processing ordinary drilling special accessories. The multiaxial device equipped with ordinary drilling machine can on porous parts one-time processing, greatly improving the parts processing efficiency. Because of its strong processing capability, cheap, more and more get the welcome of enterprises. While customers for the personalized needs of multiaxial device more and more is also high, can rapid design of a client needs multiaxial device to become the enterprise in the fierce competition in the market the important farmar occupies a place. A common drilling machine can install different multi-axis device to meet different processing need, mount multi-axis implement hind can one-time put several and even teens and more than 20 holes or threaded one-time machined out, thus greatly improved parts processing accuracy and efficiency, for enterprise brought great economic benefits. In this design, consult the multiaxial device about some books material, of multiaxial implement have a basic understanding. In this case, together with reference to the material, design out three schemes of the three schemes are compared each other, and finally picked the third way. Plan selected, then multiaxial device for the transmission system made design and calculation. The cog-wheel gearing layout without interference computing algorithm can solve the design personnel in the in-plane gear trains, thus rapid articulated can make in the cog-wheel gearing redesigned speed greatly raised, also for future space layout problems gear mechanism which lay a theoretical foundation for the research. And with powerful 3d software improvements to the universal type SOLIDWORK multiaxial implement three modeling. The finite element analysis, this paper for the realization of multiaxial device power seat with finite element method by ABAQUS static analysis, make 3d design software SOLIDWORK and finite element analysis ABAQUS software seamless connection environment into force analysis, calculation and analysis concluded and the stress distribution of convective etc. The results of its power seat cloud improved by strengthening analysis, finally the thickness of the reinforced its strength improved. At the end of the article simply introduces do this design graduate some attainment experience. Keywords:
