【摘要】Software development practice is an important practice course of computer science or related major. Puts forward three stages advance gradually teaching method through a series exploration. In the first phase students' coding ability is trained based on task driven mode. In the second phase six special projects are used to help students understand the idea of software and write standard document. In the third phase students are divided into team of 5~7. Each team will complete a whole project to exercise the students' comprehensive and team cooperation ability. The method can train students' engineering and practice ability. Exploration shows that the method has good effect.%软件开发实训是计算机相关专业的一门重要实践课程。通过一系列的探索，提出三阶段实训教学法。第一阶段以任务驱动的方式，锻炼学生编码的能力；第二阶段通过6个专项项目，帮助学生理解软件工程的思想，并锻炼学生撰写文档的能力；第三阶段将学生分成5~7人的团队，完成一个完整的团队项目，锻炼学生融会贯通的能力，团队协作的能力。该方法有效锻炼学生的工程能力和实践能力，实践情况良好。 【总页数】3页(31-33)
