【摘要】Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing methods and experience of the patients with venous thrombosis.MethodsBetween January 2014 to December 2014 treated in our hospital 46 cases of thrombosis varicose vein patients as the object of study,a retrospective analysis of patients with clinical data,to explore the formation of varicose vein thrombosis,risk factors,at the same time,take effective peri operative nursing measures to intervene.Results The peri operative nursing,all patients recovered and were discharged,operation and good curative effect,lower limb swelling,fatigue and other clinical symptoms and signs disappeared. After 8-12 months of follow-up, only 1 patients relapsed,the recurrence rate was 2.17%.ConclusionCareful nursing and guidance is thrombosed varicose veins in patients with peri operative essential measures,and promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the incidence of complications rate and prevent the recurrence of an important means.%目的：总结血栓型静脉曲张患者的围手术期护理方法和体会。方法将2014年1月～2014年12月我院治疗的46例血栓型静脉曲张患者作为研究对象，回顾性分析患者的临床资料，探讨血栓型静脉曲张形成的原因、高危因素，同时采取有效的围手术期护理措施进行干预。结果通过围手术
