野生稻种质资源收集与保存方法

【摘要】The appropriate collecting and conserving methods are the prerequisite for the genetic diversity conservation of wild rice germplasm. The collecting and conserving methods for wild rice germplasm were reviewed in this paper. The genebank,germplasm nursery and ex-situ conservation for wild rice are complementary. The conservation environments for different wild rice species should simulate respectively their habitats as far as possible at germplasm nursery. When collecting, a strategic sampling method should be designed according to the biological characteristics and environmental conditions of wild rice. The sampling plan should consider the number of individuals within a given population, the methods of sampling in relation to the genetic structure of the population under consideration and the sites where populations will be collected.%野生稻种质资源的收集保存方法是否得当关系到野生稻种质资源的遗传多样性能否得到有效保护.综述了野生稻种质资源的收集、保存方法.种质库、种质圃和原位保存相结合是野生稻种质资源保存较为完整的方法,种质圃保存要注意创造与不同野生稻种相适应的环境条件.收集采样时注意根据不同野生稻种的生物学特性和环境条件制定合理的采样策略,包括采集样本数量、采集方式、采集点设置.
