摘要：随着社会的不断发展，在高校扩招的持续影响下，越来越多的大学毕业生正面临
着就业难的困境。然而，对于中国这样一个人口众多的国家来说，每一年都有数以万计的大学毕业生等待着就业，对于常说的“就业难”问题，我也在今年这毕业季里得到了亲身的体验，于是解决大学生的就业问题迫在眉睫。本文以湖南省为调查对象，从当前大学生的就业现状入手,分析了当前大学生就业困难的原因,并提出了相应的解决对策和建议,希望能为当前大学生的就业提供些许帮助。

Abstract: With the continuous development of society ,the expansion of higher education in the continuous influence,more and more college graduates are faced with difficulties.However,for the China as a county with a large population for, every year there are millions of college graduates waiting for employment,to have often said \difficult employment\problem, I also in the graduation season this year had personal experience, then solve the employment of college students is imminent. In this paper the investigation of Hunan province, from the current situation of college students' employment, analyzes the college students' employment difficult reasons, and put forward the corresponding measures suggestions, hope for the current university student's employment to provide some help.

大学生就业问题曾在2010年被提上“两会”进行讨论，大学生就业问题得到了政府、社会和家庭的高度重视。自1999年高校扩招以来，大学生的人数与日俱增，接受过高等教育的人员已经呈现“普遍化”、“大众化”的现象。受金融危机的影响，不少企业出现缩减或是裁减员工人数的现象。然而，随着每年毕业人数的不断增多，湖南省的就业形势也就日渐凸显了。因此，正确认识大学生就业现状，分析大学生就业困难的原因，从而找到解决问题的对策已显得尤为重要。
九十年代大学生还是极为稀有，继高校扩招以来，湘潭大学、湖南师范大学、中南大学等培养了一批又一批的优秀人才，大学生的人数与日俱增，大学生的就业问题也随之日益凸显。曾经被称为是“天之骄子”的大学生们，现今正面临着为找工作而四处碰壁的窘状。而市场之间的竞争日渐激烈，社会对人才的要求也越来越高。
