康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的临床效果

【摘要】Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Rabeprazole in the treatment of relfux esophagitis. Methods 92 elderly patients with relfux esophagitis were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Rabeprazole, and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid. The clinical efficacy and endoscopy were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and the total effective rate of endoscopy were 95.65%and 97.83%in the observation group and 78.26% and 80.43% (P<0.05), respectively. The incidence of adverse reactions was 0.00% and 2.17% in two groups, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of Kangfuxin and Rabeprazole in elderly patients with reflux esophagitis is more effective and less adverse.%目的：观察康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法将92例老年反流性食管炎患者进行分组对比，对照组予以雷贝拉唑治疗，观察组在此基础上应用康复新液，对比两组患者的临床疗效和内镜检查结果。结果观察组患者的临床症状总有效率和内镜检查总有效率为95.65%和97.83%，高于对照组的78.26%和80.43%（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率为0.00%和2.17%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论对老年反流性食管炎患者采用康复新液联
