A high school in En gla nd has found a new soluti on to allow stude nts to sle ep Ion ger in the

morning. The $ 25, 000-a-year Hampt on Court House School is start ing a 1:30 to 7 :00 pm timetable in September. It will become the only school in Brita in that starts less ons in the after noon. Almost two-thirds of children want their parents to spend more time reading to them before bed.

Most of theses kids like Mum's storytelling more than Dad's , researchers said.

They carried out a study that showed youn ger childre n aged 3-4 were most hungry for more stories.

Over three-quarters of them said they wished their pare nts to read to them more ofte n.

More than half of all children aged 3-8 said story time was their favorite pastime with their pare nts.
