【摘要】目的:探讨洛文斯顿认知功能评定量表(loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment - Ⅱ ,LOTCA - Ⅱ )在评价维持性血液透析患者认知功能中的应用价值.方法:根据简易精神量表(mini -mentol state examination ,MMSE)分值 ,将65 名维持性血液透析患者分成观察组23例及对照组42例 ,30名健康者作为空白组. 比较三组对象 MMSE评分、LOTCA - Ⅱ 量表总分及其各项目的评分差异.结果:观察组MMSE、LOTCA - Ⅱ两项评分均低于对照组和空白组( P <0 .05).对照组LOTCA - Ⅱ评分低于空白组( P <0 .05).结论:与 MMSE量表相比 ,LOTCA - Ⅱ量表对隐匿的认知障碍诊断敏感性较高.%Objective:To discuss the application value of LOTCA - Ⅱin the assessment of cognitive function in patients with mainte-nance hemodialysis .Methods :According to MMSE value ,65 cases of maintenance hemodialysis were divided into the observation group and the control group ,with 30 healthy people as the blanK group ,the MMSE score ,LOTCA - Ⅱ score and the score of each item among the three groups compared .Results :The MMSE and LOTCA - Ⅱscores of the observation group were both lower than those of the con-trol group and the blanK group ( P <0 .05) .LOTCA - Ⅱ score of the control group

was lower than that of the blanK group ( P <0 .05) . Conclusion:Compared with the MMSE scale ,LOTCA - Ⅱis more sensitive to the diagnosis of occult cognitive disorders . 【总页数】2页(25-26)
