1 总 则
1.0.1 为规范数据中心主机房的二氧化碳灭火器的应用，有效扑救数据中心主机房初起火灾，减少火灾损失，保护人身和财产的安全，制定本规程。 1.0.2 本规程适用于新建、扩建和改建的数据中心主机房二氧化碳灭火器的设计、配置、安装、使用、验收及维护管理，不适用于锂离子电池作为蓄电池设置在数据中心主机房内的情况。
1.0.3 数据中心主机房二氧化碳灭火器的应用，除应符合本规程外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准、规范的规定。

2 术语和符号
2.1 术 语
2.1.1 灭火器配置场所 distribution place of fire extinguisher
存在可燃的气体、液体、固体等物质，需要配置灭火器的场所。 2.1.2 计算单元 calculation unit
灭火器配置的单个计算区域。 2.1.3 保护距离 travel distance
灭火器配置场所内，灭火器设置点到最不利点的最近行走距离。 2.1.4 灭火级别 fire rating
表示灭火器扑灭不同种类火灾效能的量化表述方式，由表示灭火效能的数字和灭火种类的字母组成。 2.1.5 Ea类火灾 class Ea fire
数据中心主机房电线电缆等固体物质带电燃烧的火灾。
2.2 符 号
M ——计算单元的最少灭火器配置数量（具）； S ——计算单元的保护面积（m2）；
U ——Ea类火灾场所单位灭火级别最大保护面积（m2/Ea）； R ——Ea类火灾场所单具灭火器最小配置灭火级别（Ea/具）。

3 配置场所类别和危险等级
3.0.1 数据中心主机房灭火器配置应按Ea类火灾设计。
3.0.2 数据中心主机房灭火器配置场所的危险等级，应根据其所在数据中心的等级划分、建筑分类、可燃物数量、火灾蔓延速度、扑救难易程度等因素，划分为以下三级：
1 高危险级：A级数据中心，以及设置在丙类厂房、高层公共建筑、地下或
半地下公共建筑和单、多层重要公共建筑内的数据中心。
2 中危险级：B级数据中心，以及设置在不属于高危险级的其他单、多层公
共建筑内的数据中心。
3 低危险级：C级数据中心。
