浅析海北州农牧业发展
【摘要】农牧业是海北州支柱产业，也是农牧民赖以生存的物质基础。特色农牧业是以特有的自然、经济、生物资源为依托，为繁荣市场、增加收益而从事具有地方特色农产品的产业。特色农牧业的发育程度如何，是体现海北地区农牧业经济发展水平的重要标志。海北州地域辽阔，光、热、水、土资源丰富，物种资源多样，具有发展特色农牧业的优势和潜力。
【Abstract】The agriculture herding industry is haibei state pillar industry, is also agriculture herding the people rely for existence of material foundation.The special features agriculture herding industry with special nature, economy, biomass for rely on, for promote business activities, increment income but be engaged in industry of have special features agricultural product in the place.Special features agriculture herding industry of growth how degree is, is a body now haibei region agriculture herding already benefit development level of importance marking.The sea north state region is broad, light, hot, water, soil resources abundant, the species resources be diverse and have development special features agriculture herding industry of advantage and potential.

特色农牧业是以特有的自然、经济、生物资源为依托，为繁荣市场、增加收益而从事具有地方特色农产品的产业。特色农牧业的发育程度如何，是体现一个地区农牧业经济发展水平的重要标志。从农牧区经济的发展要求和趋势看，强化农牧业综合生产能力、构建区域特色农牧业、提升农畜产品市场竞争力、推进农牧业产业化进程，是农牧区经济发展的必由之路，是实现农牧业增效、农牧民增收的动力之源。因此充分利用海北州农牧业资源优势，扬长避短、发展特色，推进特色农牧业发展，将是海北州今后农牧业发展的重点和要点。
1. 海北州特色农牧业发展的现状
海北州是青海省重要的畜产品生产基地和青稞、小油菜生产基地。海北州现有天然草场3972.13万亩，占海北州土地总面积的79%，可利用草场3492万亩，占草场总面积的89%，其中，冬春草场1740.39万亩，夏秋草场1752.08万亩。畜种以绵羊、牦牛为主。截止2009年底，海北州存栏各类牲畜327.36万头只，其中，羊273.2万只、牛50.1万头。海北州现有耕地78.4万亩，主要种植小油菜、青稞、豆类、燕麦等高寒农作物。2009年，海北州农作物播种面积62.14万亩，粮油总产量达到75531吨，其中，粮食作物单产240公斤，总产达44236吨，油料作物单产107公斤，总产达31295吨。2009年底，海北州农牧民人均纯收入4023元。
海北州以市场为导向、效益为中心、科技为动力，主动适应农牧业发展的新形势新要求，利用区域优势，积极调整种养结构，因地制宜培育区域主导产业、
