大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗老年吸入性肺炎患者的疗效观察

【摘要】Objective To observe of curative effect of large dose ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of senile inhalation pneumonia. Methods 56 patients with senile inhalation pneumonia in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were randomly selected into control group and observation group. The patients in control group received conventional dose ambroxol hydrochloride,while the observation group patients received large dose ambroxol hydrochloride. Results The remission time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than control group obviously. The total effect rates of two groups were 71.4% and 92.9%

respectively,the

difference

between

two

groups

was

significant(P<0.05). There was no serious adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion The curative effect of large dose ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of senile inhalation pneumonia is remarkable,safe and reliable.%目的：观察大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗老年吸入性肺炎患者的疗效。方法将我院2013年3月～2014年3月接诊的56例老年吸入性肺炎患者作为研究对象，随机将患者均分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者治疗期间，给予常规剂量盐酸氨溴索进行治疗；观察组患者治疗期间，给予大剂量盐酸氨溴索进行治疗。结果相较于对照组，观察组患者症状缓解时间以及住院时间明显更短；
