一、课程设计目的

1. 复习和巩固已学过的“数控编程与操作”理论知识和操作技能,适当拓展“数控编程与

操作”的深度和广度。

2. 培养学生运用“数控编程与操作”技能,结合学过的机床、工艺、工夹具等专业知识,

完成零件编程和加工的综合能力。

3. 学习和训练查阅各种技术资料,编制相关的专业技术文件的基本技能。

二、课程设计要求

1. 完成指定的课程设计课题,达到以下基本要求:

1)课题分析:明确加工内容和加工要求。

2)工艺规划:制定工艺方案;选定工艺参数;完成零件、刀具、夹具的选择、定位和

安装;编制工序卡、刀具卡等技术文件。

3)程序编制:建立编程坐标系;编写数控加工程序单。 4)刀轨模拟:检验加工程序准确无误。

5)仿真加工:检验零件加工尺寸的基本正确。 6)打印输出:正确反映模拟、仿真等加工信息。

2. 编写能够体现整个设计思想、设计要求、设计过程的课程设计说明书,并装订成册。 3. 准备课程设计答辩 。

四、课程设计步骤

1.复习、巩固学过并将要用到的专业基础知识和“数控编程与操作”知识,做好各项准备工作。

2.完成课题各项要求。

3.编写课程设计说明书,说明书参考格式:
