出厂前,所有具有Modbus总线通讯能力的执行机构都预先安装了Modbus总线接口,并进行了测试。

本手册必须同执行机构相应的使用说明书结合在一起来使用。

当进行同执行机构有关的工作时,必须遵守包含在使用说明书中的安全准则。本手册只包含有Modbus总线接口的有关内容!

建议由SIPOS AKTORIK服务中心的服务和支持人员进行所有的计划、安装、调试和服务的工作。

SIPOS 5 Flash电动执行机构的Modbus总线接口

概述

? 关于Modbus RTU的一般知识

为了在自动化系统之间、自动化系统和所连接的分散的现场设备之间进行信息交换,如今串行现场总线被主要用作通讯系统。成千上万的应用已经强烈地证明了通过使用现场总线技术,可以节省多至40%的接线、调试及维护的费用。

仅仅使用两根电线就可以传送现场设备的所有相关信息,比如输入和输出数据、参数、诊断数据。过去使用的现场总线往往是制造商的特定现场总线,并且同其它现场总线不兼容。如今使用的现场总线几乎是完全公开和标准化的。这就意味者用户可以以最合理的价格选择最好的产品,而不用依赖于每个独立的制造商。

Modbus RTU是一种国际的、开放的现场总线标准。作为一种很容易实现的现场总线协议,在全世界范围内,Modbus得到了成功的应用。应用领域包括生产过程中的自动化、过程控制和楼宇自控。

? 基本特征

Modbus RTU决定了一个由它把分散的数字自动化设备连接在一起的、串行现场总线系统的技术和功能特点。它被设计成在现场级以极高的速度传递数据。这里的中央控制设备,比如PLC或PC机,通过有关高速的串行接口同外围的现场站进行开关量及∕或模拟量的输入输出数据通讯。

基本的是非循环通讯服务。

Modbus区别主站设备和从站设备。

主站设备 控制总线上的数据交换。主站被允许毋需一个外部请求就可以发送信息。

从站设备 诸如SIPOS 5 Flash电动执行机构等的外围设备。典型的从站设备是输入输出设备,阀门,执行机构和测量变送

器。它们不具备访问总线的能力,也就是说,它们仅仅可以确认已经接受到的信息,或者,在主站的要求下发送信息到主站。从站通常也被称作被动站。

一般适用下列规则:

o 在一条总线上,只允许有1个主站可以在工作状态(单主站总线系统)。 o 最多可以有247个从站被连接到一条总线上。

o 总是由主站启动通讯,从站只能是响应主站的请求。 o 保护特点:“和校验”及奇偶校验位。

主站同现场设备(从站)的通讯有两种方式:

o 单独通讯方式 – 直接向一个特定的现场

设备发出请求。

(从站地址不能为“0”):

“正常”操作:

主站向某个现场设备发出请求,该设备随后作出响应。

o 广播方式 – 针对所有现场设备的总的请

求。

(从站地址为“0”):

主站发送一个请求(报文)给所有的总线站。例如,发送一个“紧急”命令,而不需要任何从站的响应。

2.2 Modbus总线接口

1通道或2通道(冗余型)。

适用于所有的多回转、直行程或角行程电动执行机构,以及两种控制单元,经济型(ECOTRON)和专业型(PROFITRON)。 例外:不能同继电器板、直连式接线方式或带模拟量光电隔离接口结合在一起使用。 所有SIPOS 5执行机构的标准电气接口为RS485及光纤(FO)(参考第3.4节)。 随时可加装Modbus总线接口。 用户接口:

o 可以通过Modbus 现场总线对SIPOS 5 Flash进行参数设置和控制。

o 可以进行混合控制,例如: - 通过开关量∕模拟量输入进行控制,并且

- 通过现场总线进行“参数设置∕观察”。 ?

遵守Modbus电缆规范(参考第3.4节)。

2.3 Modbus RTU – 基本功能

2.3.1 报文结构

以串行数据传输为基础,通过一位接着一位进行传送。

协议数据单元(PDU)

采用三种不同的通讯类型进行通讯。

请求 – 来自DCS∕控制器(主站)的请求。

响应 – 现场设备(从站)作出的无差错处理过程。

异常响应:现场设备将请求的原始功能码修改后(将最高位置位为逻辑1)返回;异常码含有差错类型信息。

异常响应的原因:

o 信息(请求报文)不完整。 ? 从站没有响应,异常响应计数器累计加1。 o 从站不支持信息中的请求。 ? 异常码。

o 从站处于故障状态,当前不能执行操作。 ? 异常码。
