债权转让后的利息计算
债权转让的利息对于买卖双方都会列入到累计收益里面。卖方当期持有天数的利息，由买放在交易时直接付给卖方。待下个还款日时，借款人当期还款的本金及利息直接返还给买方。
(1)转让价格=申请转让本金+应收利息-( 申请转让本金×折让率);
(2)预期到账金额=转让价格-申请转让本金×手续费率;
债权转让的前提是什么
1、必须有有效存在的债权，且债权转让不改变债权的内容。
债权的有效存在，是债权转让的基本前提。依据《中华人民共和国合同法》第79条规定，以下三类债权不得转让:

(1)根据合同性质不得转让的合同债权
包括:基于个人信任关系而发生的债权。如雇佣、委托、租赁等合同所生债权;专为特定债权人利益而存在的债权。例如专向特定人讲授外语的合同债权;不作为债权。例如，竞业禁止约定;属于从权利的债权。例如保证债权不得单独让与。但从权利可与主权利分离而单独存在的，可以转让。例如已经产生的利息债权可以与本金债权相分离而单独让与。
(2)按照当事人的约定不得转让的债权
当事人在合同中可以特别约定禁止相对方转让债权的内容，该约定同其他条款一样，作为合同的内容，当然具有法律效力，因而此种债权不具有可让与性。
(3)依照法律规定不得转让的债权
合同法没有明确规定何种债权禁止让与，所以，依照法律规定不得转让的债权是指合同法以外的其他法律中关于债权禁止让与的规定。

2、让与人与受让人须就债权的转让达成协议，并且不得违反法律的有关规定。
3.债权的让与须通知债务人
《中华人民共和国合同法》第80条规定:\债权人转让权利的，应当通知债务人。未经通知，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权人转让权利的通知不得撤销，但经受让人同意的除外。\从这个规定可以看出，转让通知是债权转让的一个必备条件。因为没有通知，原合同对方当事人无法知道转让人对合同权利义务进行转让。转让通知应送达对方当事人。
债权转让应注意哪些问题?
1、必须是合法有效的债权且不得违背社会公共利益。
2、转让不得改变债权的主要内容。
3、债权的转让人与受让人必须达成债权转让的协议。
4、转让的债权必须具有可转让性。

5、债权的转让必须通知债务人。
6、债权转让必须遵守一定程序和手续。
因此，债权转让并不是必须要支付对价的，但是转让债权的时候，要通知债务人，如果没有通知债务人，该转让行为对债务人是不发生效力的。
