New medicines have helped many live with AIDS, but they have also had some negative effects on the fight against the disease.

There are a couple jobs I would just never do. One of those would be hauling trash. The garbageman gets no respect. I'm not saying that work should be (21)______, but people should at least respect how hard a person works. Working a trash route is a very physical job.
