一、弯曲的概念与应用
金属材料被弯成一定形状和角度的零件的成形方法称为弯
曲。弯曲是冲压生产中应用广泛的一种工艺,可用于制造大型结构零件,,如飞机机翼、汽车大梁等,也可用于生产中小型机器及电子仪器仪表零件,如铰链、点子元器件等。根据弯曲件的不同要求和生产批量的大小,有各种不同的弯曲方法。最常用的是以弯曲模具在通用压力机上进行压弯,此外也有在折弯机、滚弯机、拉弯机上进行的折弯、滚弯、及拉弯。
