下丘脑错构瘤术后青春期再启动

【摘要】目的 探讨手术切除下丘脑错构瘤对正常青春期启动的影响.方法 对早年手术切除下丘脑错构瘤治疗单纯性早熟的3例女孩进行长期随访,观察再次青春期启动时间、身体及智力发育情况.结果 3例女孩术后性早熟停止,直至在术后8.0年、8.3年及7.5年后再次来月经并规律,身高、体质量及智力均正常.结论 下丘脑错构瘤可能为异位的\副下丘脑\手术切除下丘脑错构瘤对正常青春期启动无明显影响.%Objective To study the effect of the resection of hypothalamic hamartoma ( HH) on the normal start of puberty. Method Three girls whose HHs were totally removed were followed - up for long term to study the onset of spontaneous menses, general health and the development of intelligence. Results The precocious puberty was arrested immediately after the resection of HH in three girls and the start of spontaneous menses were begun in the 8. 0th,8.3th and 7.5th years postsurgery with regular menses. The height stature,body weight and intelligence development were all normal. Conclusions The hypothalamic hamartoma may be a ectopic \the resection of HH may have no effects on the normal start of puberty. 【总页数】3页(438-440)
