摘要

营运能力是反映企业利用各项资产经营来赚取经济效益能力的重要标志。本文将采取理论分析与实际案例相结合的方式，将中恒集团作为研究主体，首先对营运能力相关理论进行阐述，然后介绍其基本现状，在分析其2013年至2017年的营运能力指标的基础上，探讨该企业营运能力管理中存在的问题及原因，最后，针对企业营运存在的问题提出改善的意见。本文可以为企业提高自身运营能力提供实用指导，希望能帮助企业降低生产成本，提高企业的运营能力，促进企业的市场价值最大化。

Abstract

Operational ability is an important indicator of the ability of enterprises to use various asset management to earn economic benefits. This paper will take the combination of theoretical analysis and actual cases, and take Zhongheng Group as the research subject. Firstly, it will explain the theory of operational capability, then introduce the basic status of Zhongheng Group, and analyze its operational capacity from 2013 to 2017. On the basis of the indicators, we will discuss the problems and causes in the management of the company's operational capabilities. Finally, we will put forward suggestions for improvement on the problems existing in the operation of the company. This paper can provide practical guidance for enterprises to improve their operational capabilities, hoping to help enterprises reduce production costs, improve their operational capabilities, and maximize the market value of enterprises.

一、前言

中恒集团是以制药为核心业务，并且拥有健康食品等延伸板块的上市公司。处于制药业连续实施相关改革体系的背景下，该企业面临的困难和挑战与日俱增，但机遇和挑战是共存的。企业想要市场经济竞争激烈的环境下获取更多的市场份额、赢得较大的发展空间，就需要企业提高本身的营运能力效率，提高企业的核心竞争力。

本篇论文主要采用理论知识和实际案例相结合的研究策略，选取中恒集团作为本次论文的具体研究对象，结合与此次论文主题相关的企业营运能力分析相关指标分析，对中恒集团在营运的资产周转率环节中存在的问题进行详细分析研究，并针对这些存在的问题给予出建议，以帮助中恒集团制定出在当前竞争激烈的市场经济发展背景下制定符合企业自身发展规律的长远规划，使企业的核心价值不断提升。

本文主要运用比率分析法和比较分析法对中恒集团的生产经营管理能力进行研究，分析该企业2013—2017年营运能力指标，对其管理能力给予合理评价。
